Education: A Mechanical Engineer(B.Sc.Mech) from BIT - Mesra, Ranchi in the year 1965. There after completed Masters in Business Administration PGDBM (MBA) from XLRI, Jamshedpur in the year 1976

Professional: In the year 1969 started an ancillary unit to Tata Motors erstwhile TELCO for manufacturing high precision auto components. At a time when “marwaris” were considered as successful traders, he tried to set a new trend by being one of the first few to start engineering unit in the much underdeveloped state of Bihar. Having rubbed shoulders against the large sized - well established industry houses from the west and large places like Calcutta, he could establish a name in challenging component development and non-ferrous castings. However, having sensed the fluctuating demand in automobile sector the unit was wisely hived off in the year 2005. Owing to the business acumen Maple PC & Peripherals Pvt. Ltd. was started in the year 1999 and by 2005 was an established start-up in the much in demand sphere of IT and Communications. The intense experience and corporate network developed over the past 4 decades has been of great help in making Maple a well-known entrepreneurial enterprise.He has approximately 40 years of Business experience and has been the Past President of Singhbhum Industries Association, Ex. Hony. Genl. Secty.ofSinghbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry and active member of C.I.I. Also has been a senior Rotarian, A Pall Harris Fellow and a respectable name in Business and social circle at Jamshedpur.
